Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, troubleshooting and repair of equipment. You will work with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, maintaining safety standards and customer communication in a fast-paced field environment.

The role requires travel, basic tool use, and TL1/TL2 training within the first year, with opportunities for growth in Parts and Services division.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to read hydraulic and 24V schematics.
• Certificate from technical/trade school is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and complete TL1/TL2 training within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of equipment.
• Repair and install parts to OEM specifications.
• Maintain safety standards and document service reports.
• Communicate with customers and service management on site.
