Job summary

Epiroc USA LLC is seeking a Service Technician for onsite roles in Tucson, AZ. The technician will perform pre-delivery inspections, routine maintenance, and diagnostics to minimize downtime. This role requires familiarity with Epiroc equipment and strong mechanical skills.

Responsibilities span Level 1 to Level 3, including diagnostics, wiring and hydraulic work, and mentoring fellow technicians. Travel may be required to other service centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epiroc equipment.
• Minimum technical/trade school certification.
• Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and powertrain components.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on machines.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and troubleshooting per manufacturer guidelines.
• Ensure proper tools are on-site and maintained.
• Communicate service activities to the Service Coordinator promptly.
• Maintain safety and environmental procedures and PPE usage.
• Level 2/3 duties include diagnostics and repairs with minimal supervision.
• Serve as SME for training and support to other technicians.
