Canon USA in Coppell, TX seeks a customer-facing Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, and network issues on Canon products. You will travel for on-site maintenance, ensuring service reports are accurate and timely.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma, 1–2 years related experience, and the ability to work a 24/7 shift with on-call rotations. This role offers a competitive hourly rate and transportation allowance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and service protocols.

• Must obtain security/clearances as required by customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures using established procedures.
• Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple product groups and basic troubleshooting.
• Meet customer demands with efficient, responsive, and accurate field maintenance.
• Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property; guide junior technicians.
• Provide solutions for escalated technical or customer service issues across territories.
