Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma or AS degree and 1–3 years in a technical field with customer-facing experience. You will report to the Site Manager and travel to customer sites, documenting activities and delivering recommendations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or AS degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit sites to inspect, service, troubleshoot and repair technical systems to prevent downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, provide service recommendations and promptly address customer needs.
