Job summary

Fluke Reliability is seeking a Field Service Engineer to travel to customer sites in North America and occasionally abroad to perform on-site professional services, including installation, alignment, and data collection. You will prepare equipment, meet with clients, and generate reports upon project completion.

Responsibilities include scheduling travel, maintaining expenses, and providing product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Strong service/maintenance or technical background with field experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–85% across North America with potential international trips.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to perform professional services that support client’s reliability initiatives to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Schedule all necessary travel arrangements, maintain expenses, and submit expense reports.
• Communicate with the client to ensure satisfaction and implement corrective actions.
• Create service reports and documentation; maintain information in the company database.
• Provide remote/onsite product training for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train other field engineers.
