Job summary

AMETEK Taylor Hobson is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support our customer base in North America. After a training program, you will install, calibrate, maintain, and service our equipment at customer sites, with remote troubleshooting and quoting duties.

The role requires a degree in electronic or multi-disciplinary engineering, 3+ years of field service experience, and a valid US passport/green card. Travel within NA and occasional international training may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic, or multi-disciplinary engineering; 3+ years field service experience (electronics & computer/software).
• Must hold valid US Passport or Green Card.
• Must have experience traveling for work.
• Permanent residents and U.S. Citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Install and train at customer sites.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; perform service repairs.
• Provide after-sales service support and remote troubleshooting.
• Quote services to customers.
