Job summary

Fluke Corporation is seeking a Service Engineering Manager based in Everett, WA, onsite at least 3 days a week, with global travel as needed. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning NPI, sustaining engineering, and lab‑based service manufacturing, driving standardization and high‑quality service delivery.

You will shape the organization, hire and coach engineers, and partner with service operations to align priorities with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in service/ manufacturing/ support.
• Experience leading technical teams across functions or programs.
• Strong knowledge of service environments including NPI, sustaining support, diagnostics, and lab operations.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional service engineering organization supporting global service operations.
• Define, integrate, and evolve team structures for clear ownership and collaboration.
• Hire, develop, and coach engineering talent across functions.
• Provide direction to globally distributed resources and drive accountability.
• Drive global standardization and cross-functional partnerships across service operations.
