Job summary

Trillium Engineering is seeking an on-site Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, tailor support to customer needs, and train end-users for optimal system performance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Proven ability to service electro-mechanical and software systems.
• Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues and determine solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide tailored support.
• Train customers on operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Document service activities and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols while performing field service activities.
