Atlas Material Testing is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Technical Service Representative) to join our U.S. Field Tech Service Team, servicing customers across the Southeast.

You will perform on-site installation and general maintenance on technology products, help resolve customer problems, and document activities to support maintenance requirements. The role requires heavy travel and a decentralized structure.

Qualificações

• AA degree or two-year technical training in electrical/mechanical fields.
• Experience reading schematics and working with high voltage equipment.
• Strong math aptitude for practical problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office and computer systems.
• Willing to travel extensively and have valid driver's license (passport may be required).

Responsabilidades

• Conduct tests on instruments, components, circuits, and software to verify operation or diagnose malfunctions.
• Converses with operators to determine problems and replace defective components or adjust settings.
• Aligns, calibrates, and adjusts equipment per Atlas specifications and quality standards.
• Provides training on operation, basic maintenance, user calibration and warranty issues.
• Prepares quotes, service reports, and manages warranty considerations.
• Maintains service records and calibration documentation.
• Maintains inventory and service schedules.
• Perform work according to Atlas process and quality standards.
