Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a local Field Project Manager in Salem, OR to lead field execution, coordinate vendors, and ensure projects meet safety and client standards. This role bridges field crews, management, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, compliant construction outcomes.

As part of our Operations team, you will manage daily site activities, QA/QC, reporting, and field coordination while ensuring adherence to plans and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license (unrestricted) required.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings and diagrams for fiber projects.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the market.
• Physical ability to lift around 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Coordinate daily field activities with foremen and vendors, ensuring plans are followed.
• Oversee field execution to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans.
• Perform QA/QC checks and ensure timely reporting and documentation.
• Maintain stakeholder communication with management, clients, and jurisdictions.
