Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead on-site field execution for telecom, power, and data center projects in the Chino Valley area. You will coordinate with vendors, manage crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project documentation to support timely completion and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring strong field leadership, knowledge of aerial and underground construction, and the ability to adapt to changing field conditions while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to multiple job sites.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Able to lift around 50 pounds and work in extreme weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and productivity for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with foremen, vendors, and crews to review work plans and sequencing.
• Ensure compliance with safety, permits, and QA/QC standards.
• Monitor field documentation, reporting, and daily milestones.
• Communicate with management and clients to resolve field issues promptly.
• Represent the company as the on-site operational leader.
