Job summary

Utilities One in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead daily field execution, vendor oversight, and coordination of construction projects. You will ensure crews and subcontractors are prepared, compliant, and aligned with plans.

As the on-site operational leader, you will bridge field teams with management and clients, ensure safety, efficiency, and timely reporting, and drive standards across aerial and underground deployments.

Qualifications

• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme weather.
• Willing to travel to multiple job sites within the market.
• Reading maps, drawings, and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field execution and productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and crews ensuring safety and compliance.
• Review project scope, sequencing, and permits.
• Maintain daily reports and documentation.
• Communicate with management and clients.
