Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead on-site execution across telecom, power, water, renewables, and data center projects in the Clearwater area. You will coordinate field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient project delivery that aligns with approved plans.

The role requires strong field leadership, the ability to manage multiple moving parts, and a focus on quality, safety, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site operational leader, coordinating field teams, vendors, management, and stakeholders.
• Review project scope, sequencing, permits, and job readiness prior to field execution.
• Monitor field production, safety compliance, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate daily with foremen, vendors, and customers to ensure plan adherence.
• Ensure adherence to construction standards and regulatory requirements.
• Represent the company in coordination meetings and with clients.
