Job summary

Utilities One Group in Flagstaff, AZ seeks a qualified Field Project Manager to lead daily field execution, vendor oversight, and operational coordination of construction projects. This on-site role bridges field teams, management, and clients to ensure safe, efficient work.

You will review scope, manage permits, coordinate MOT, track QA/QC, and communicate with stakeholders. The position offers benefits and growth opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Strong knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction requirements per client/government guidelines.
• Ability to lift around 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in extreme weather.
• Ability to read maps, drawings, and diagrams for fiber construction.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Review projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Conduct pre-construction walkouts with vendors and teams.
• Coordinate daily field activities and vendor oversight.
• Perform site inspections to verify quality and compliance with plans.
• Handle reporting: EOS, damage, MOT updates, QA/QC documentation.
• Communicate with management, clients, cities, and jurisdictions.
• Support in field crew development and standard enforcement.
• Ensure safety, permits, and construction method adherence.
