Job summary

Utilities One is seeking a local Field Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead on-site construction activities, coordinate field crews and vendors, and ensure all work aligns with approved plans and safety standards.

As the on-site operational leader, you will manage daily field execution, review projects for scope and sequencing, and liaise with clients and municipalities to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Knowledge of aerial and underground design and construction.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in extreme weather.

Responsibilities

• Review projects for scope, constructability, and sequencing.
• Conduct pre-construction walkouts with vendors and internal teams.
• Verify locate tickets and ensure valid locates before excavation.
• Coordinate specialty services as needed (GPR, core drilling, line adjustments).
• Confirm permits, MOT, and jurisdictional approvals before work.
• Daily field coordination with foremen and vendors.
• Monitor production entry in the field management system.
• Perform QA/QC checks and ensure restoration is completed.
• Lead on-site safety and compliance with plans.
