Job summary

Intellectt Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Coordinator for Oil & Gas in Midland, TX. You will support field activities, track progress, coordinate field teams and interfaces with clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Ideal candidates hold a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with hands-on experience in refinery or petrochemical environments, and are proficient in coordinating field walkdowns, document reviews, and progress reporting while working onsite.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, or Process Plant environments.
• Experience in Project Coordination, Site Coordination or Field Coordination.
• Experience with field walkdowns, inspections, or verification activities.
• Familiarity with plant documents (P&IDs, Plot Plans, equipment tags).
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with project trackers and progress reporting.
• Onsite work ability in Midland, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day onsite project and field activities.
• Work with field engineers, project teams, clients and vendors.
• Coordinate field walkdowns and verification activities.
• Review documents (P&IDs, Plot Plans, equipment information).
• Track progress, deliverables, action items and deadlines.
• Coordinate site access and on-site readiness.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on queries.
• Prepare progress updates and status reports.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate risks and dependencies.
• Ensure field activities and documentation are completed on schedule.
