Job summary

Rwdy-Inc is seeking a Construction Coordinator III to lead planning and field execution for an ExxonMobil pilot enhanced oil recovery project in Midland, Texas. The role involves coordinating engineering input, construction management, and field teams to ensure readiness for implementation.

You will manage multiple contractors, track deliverables, address technical issues with Engineering, and uphold quality and schedule requirements across a large-scale oil and gas infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering is required.
• Strong coordination and interface management skills are essential.
• Experience with large construction projects, compressor stations, pipelines, well-pad facilities, or related oil and gas infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction planning and execution with Engineering, Construction Management, ExxonMobil personnel, contractors, and the project scheduler.
• Manage multiple projects and implementation contractors of varying size and complexity.
• Track deliverables and resolve barriers to field execution.
• Address technical issues with Engineering and coordinate with the Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer when specialized support is needed.
• Identify issues and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop solutions, and request assistance when required.
