Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in oil and gas operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in facilities design and project management
• Must maintain a clean driving record
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills in a fast-paced development environment with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage the installation of well-site facilities, pipelines, electrical distribution systems, and other projects within budgeted cost and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary asset team to ensure planned projects align with strategic objectives.
• Work with operations to troubleshoot on-site oil and gas production facility equipment, provide recommendations, and implement design changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage additional facilities initiatives, such as evaluating new technology, cost reduction, industry benchmarking, or strategic business development opportunities.
• Conduct frequent field visits and closely manage construction projects from inception through completion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
• Demonstrate leadership in EH&S programs by following safe work practices and adhering to applicable laws and standards.
