Job summary

RWDY Inc. is seeking a Construction Coordinator III to oversee planning and field execution for an ExxonMobil pilot enhanced oil recovery project in Midland, TX. You will coordinate engineering input, manage multiple contractors, and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule requirements.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and interface management to drive progress across compressor stations, pipelines, and well-pad facilities on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering required.
• Experience in construction coordination, project execution, engineering, or related role.
• Strong coordination and interface management skills.
• Experience with large construction projects, compressor stations, pipelines, or related oil & gas infrastructure preferred.
• Strong communication, including ability to explain technical information and present findings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction planning and execution with Engineering, Construction Management, ExxonMobil personnel, contractors, and project scheduler.
• Manage multiple projects and contractors of varying size and complexity.
• Track deliverables and resolve barriers to field execution.
• Address technical issues with Engineering and coordinate with Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer as needed.
• Identify issues and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop solutions, seek assistance when required.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and share knowledge with stakeholders.
