Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Field Contract Coordinator for an on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This temporary 8-month position involves coordinating with project managers on resources, budgets and timelines, reporting to the contract manager and handling paperwork.

Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, mitigating risks, maintaining documentation, and communicating with clients to define scope and goals; travel to sites is expected 5–10% with per diem available.

Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Field Contract Coordinator or similar.
• Experience managing a team.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Schedule Management (Smartsheet) and SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, filed and stored.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and goals.
• Follow budget by overseeing expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%).
