Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC's WECTEC Staffing Services seeks a Project Coordinator to support renewable energy and construction projects, reporting to a Senior Project Manager. This onsite role is based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with occasional travel to project sites.

You will assist in planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and documentation, coordinating teams and vendors, and ensuring compliance and timely communications throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of project coordination experience in construction, energy, renewables, or related industries.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and closeout activities across multiple projects.
• Assist in project design meetings and recommend process improvements.
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and team activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates to partners.
• Ensure documentation, reports, contracts, and records are accurate and maintained.
• Prepare and distribute project correspondence, agendas, minutes, and status reports.
• Help define scope, goals, and requirements with partners.
• Track budgets and support cost-control efforts.
• Facilitate communication between teams, vendors, contractors, and partners.
