Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a Westinghouse subsidiary, is seeking a Field Contract Coordinator for an on-site role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This 8-month temporary contract includes per diem and opportunities to contribute to project planning and execution.

You will collaborate with project managers to create action plans, manage resources, budgets and schedules, and report to the contract manager. Travel to sites is 5–10%.

Qualifications

• 11+ years experience as a Field Contract Coordinator or similar.
• Experience managing a team.
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
• Schedule management with Smartsheet.
• SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Oversee current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related paperwork, materials current, filed and stored.
• Direct project correspondences with memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify project requirements, scope and goals.
• Follow budget by overseeing expenses and cost-saving measures.
• Travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%).
