Job summary

The Vacation Property Group LLC is seeking an onsite HR leader in Atlanta, GA to support multi-territory teams across recruiting, compliance, and employee relations. You will partner with field managers and the Leadership team to implement HR programs and policies while overseeing recruiting and ensuring data integrity.

You will guide employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, conduct site visits, and lead audits for ACA compliance and background checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with multi-state HR compliance and employee records.
• High attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with employees and managers.
• ADP Workforce experience preferred.
• Creativity to support recruiting and onboarding of seasonal staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR point of contact for field-based managers and employees across multiple territories.
• Partner with the Leadership team to implement HR programs, policies, and best practices.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the recruiting team and provide hands-on support as needed.
• Protect hiring data integrity through regular audits and correcting errors.
• Verify completion and approval of MVR and background checks prior to hire.
• Manage and follow up on workers’ compensation claims.
• Handle HR support requests submitted by managers or employees.
• Respond to unemployment claims and represent the company at hearings.
• Conduct site visits to strengthen relationships and maintain a visible HR presence.
• Lead routine audits for ACA compliance, end-of-season reviews, MVR, background checks, and other staffing metrics.
