Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AGTEK Take-off software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
• Interpret design/drawings for craft workers to ensure specifications are followed.
• Interface with on-site departments to resolve problems and support project schedule.
• Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems to ensure compliance with codes and specs.
• Prepare documentation such as status reports, punch lists, and material quantity calculations for supervisor review.
• Provide technical support and direction on project material controls, delivery dates, and construction schedules.
• Prepare drawings and sketches to support changes, estimates, and meeting changing job requirements.
• Develop data for quantity take-offs, material prices, labor costs, and equipment for estimates and bids.
