Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years in construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, Primavera Scheduling; strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate and manage onsite construction engineering activities to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Supervise, mentor, and direct project staff to meet standards and develop team.
