Job summary

You will install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, networking gear, mobile devices, and production tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Desktop/Field IT support or related roles.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ITSM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and desk-side desktop support to end users and production teams.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, network issues.
• Perform hardware refreshes, imaging, software deployments, and upgrades.
• Support technology deployments, office moves, infrastructure projects, and wireless deployments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with minimal production disruption.
• Use ticketing systems to document incidents and activity.
• Collaborate with engineering, Service Desk, IT teams, and vendors.
• Maintain hardware inventory and documentation.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and system readiness checks.
• Provide user training on equipment and basic troubleshooting.
• Travel between local sites for installations and urgent support.
