Job summary
TEKsystems is seeking a Media Production Engineer to support a fast-paced production and technology environment in Burbank and Inglewood, onsite. You will provide hands-on desktop and end-user support for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices, ensuring production systems stay operational.
The role requires 5+ years of experience in desktop support, familiarity with Active Directory, and strong customer service skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Desktop Support or Production Support experience.
- Experience supporting Windows and MacOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networks.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience supporting Citrix and/or VDI environments.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support Adobe Creative Cloud, Citrix, and virtual desktop environments.
- Perform device imaging, software deployment, patching, and asset management.
- Manage user accounts and support enterprise technology platforms.
- Support conference room technology and production-related systems.
- Respond to technical incidents and deliver timely resolution.
- Partner with production and technology teams to maintain operational readiness.
