Job summary

Quanta-Services is seeking a QDC Field Construction Coordinator to support field construction projects, verify scope execution, and maintain daily logs and change documentation. You will track headcount and crew counts, coordinate access and deliveries, provide on-site coordination with the Project Manager, and maintain safety observations and photographic records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, independent work habits, and proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office; BS/BA in

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field, or 3 years of construction support experience.
• Experience in safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, cost reporting, customer reporting, performance tracking, budgeting, change orders, billing, subcontractor management, purchasing, equipment and tooling management, and bid development.

Responsibilities

• Verify that scope is executed as designed through readiness walks and change documentation.
• Track installed quantities by cost code and maintain cost coding records.
• Maintain Procore daily logs and weekly earned-versus-burned rollups.
• Coordinate on-site with PM for headcount, logistics, and meetings.
• Maintain safety observations and photographic records.
