Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG) is seeking a Field Quality Lead I to support project quality management during construction. You will monitor QC activities, assist in audits, and help develop corrective actions in collaboration with the project team.

Required 2+ years in QA/QC within power delivery, civil, or industrial construction; OSHA-10; Procore experience is preferred. This role requires travel and hands-on field oversight.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in quality assurance or quality control.
• Minimum of 2 years in power delivery, civil or industrial construction.
• Basic understanding of quality inspections/audits and quality programs.
• Basic experience in surveillance oversight programs.
• Basic knowledge of QA processes.
• Understanding of equipment and material specifications and testing requirements.
• Basic understanding of scheduling.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite packages and document management software.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the QC inspections and activities during the construction phase of a project.
• Participate in systematic and independent reviews of QC documentation.
• Assist in identifying and documenting issues that may cause deviations and help develop corrective action plans.
• Review Quanta operating units or subcontractor procedures and quality records for compliance.
• Assist in compiling and providing internal and external metric reporting on quality objectives.
• Performs any other duties assigned and adhere to internal standards.
