Job summary

Q & Company, LLC seeks an Assistant Superintendent-Construction Manager to help direct field operations on designated projects. You will assist in safety enforcement, quality control, and document management while coordinating with subcontractors and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus relevant construction coordination skills and familiarity with scheduling software. On-site work with travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in construction project coordination or supervision.
• Ability to use basic scheduling and office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and enforcing jobsite safety and security requirements.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling work-in-place quality during all phases of construction.
• Assist in collecting and filing subcontractor daily activity and weekly safety reports.
• Assist in updating project schedule using scheduling software.
• Maintain construction documents and coordinate meetings and minutes.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.)
