Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Field Quality Lead I to assist in project quality management, coordinating with project teams to monitor QC activities during construction. You will help identify issues, prepare corrective action plans, and ensure procedures and records meet project requirements.

The role requires at least two years in QA/QC in power delivery or civil construction, a 10-hour OSHA certificate, and proficiency with Procore and document management tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a quality assurance or quality control related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in power delivery, civil or industrial construction.
• 10-hour OSHA certification.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the QC inspections and activities during the construction phase of a project.
• Participate in systematic and independent reviews of QC documentation.
• Assist in identifying and documenting issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Review operating units or subcontractor procedures and quality records to verify compliance.
• Assist in compiling and providing internal and external metric reporting on quality objectives.
• Performs any other duties assigned and adheres to internal standards.
