Job summary

Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC is seeking a QDC Field Construction Coordinator to support field operations on QDC projects. You will verify scope, track quantities by cost code, and provide on-site coordination with the Project Manager.

You will manage headcounts, access, logistics, and daily reporting in Procore, maintain safety observations, and ensure accurate documentation. This role requires strong technical construction knowledge and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Or 3 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects in safety, planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, cost reporting, customer reporting, performance tracking, budgeting, estimating, change orders, billing, subcontractor management, purchasing, equipment and tooling management, and bid development.

Responsibilities

• Confirm scope is executed as designed via readiness and receiving walks and document changes as they occur.
• Track installed quantities by cost code and maintain cost coding records.
• Track daily on-site headcount and crew counts by operating unit and area in the Procore daily log.
• Provide administrative field support to the PM, including scheduling walkdowns, tracking deliveries, and coordinating meetings.
• Maintain a weekly earned-versus-burned rollup for the PM.
• Maintain daily reporting in Procore, including hours by cost code and operating unit, quantities, weather, delays, and directions.
• Maintain photographic documentation and safety observations for the site.
