Job summary

IES seeks a Crew Lead - Structured Cabling to supervise installation crews on large projects, coordinate with management, and ensure quality and safety standards are met on-site. You will mentor technicians, review blueprints, and manage daily activities to stay within project budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with CAT5e/6/6A and fiber optics, plus the ability to read plans and deliver detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise structured cabling installation crews on large-scale projects.
