Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC is hiring a Field Administrator for an on-site role at North County San Diego, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. The position supports active projects with document control, payroll processing, vendor management, and meeting coordination.

Strong PC skills and knowledge of payroll processes are essential. Two+ years in administration, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and familiarity with Oracle, Bluebeam Revu, or LCPtracker are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in an administrative role
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet) required
• Specific software literacy (Oracle, LCPtracker, Bluebeam Revu) preferred
• Accounting or Federal Certified payroll experience preferred
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Fluently bilingual in Spanish desirable

Responsibilities

• Process Federal certified payroll and base access requests
• Manage project vendors and coordinate meetings
• Maintain project document control and meeting minutes
• Support on-site construction project team with administrative tasks
• Interact with multiple stakeholders with discretion and professionalism
