Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) seeks an experienced Custodial Project Manager to lead custodial operations in Fort Lee, VA. The PM serves as the contractor's primary representative with full authority to act on all matters pertaining to contract performance.

Responsibilities include managing schedule, safety program implementation, QC inspections, and staff performance. Must pass pre-employment checks; includes full-time employment and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of documented service contract management experience with team management and scheduling workflow.
• Experience managing custodial services, grounds, pest control, and snow removal.
• Experience using CMMS or work ticket systems to plan, schedule, coordinate and assign tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule all work performed under this contract.
• Serve as the contractor's primary representative with tenants/government with full authority to act on contract performance.
• Implement and oversee Safety Program; ensure staff training and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with contract performance requirements and deliverables per PWS deadlines.
• Perform QC inspections and oversee tasks and documentation per Quality Control Plan.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, develop improvement plans, and handle hiring.
