Job summary

CW Resources is seeking an entry-level Janitor/Custodian at our facility in Fort Lee, VA. The role follows a set cleaning plan, uses standard supplies, and requires teamwork with supervisors and colleagues to maintain a clean environment.

Compensation aligns with the CBAs and Health & Welfare benefits are provided. Eligible applicants with a Real ID and base access support are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check in with supervisor and teammates to review the cleaning plan.
• Transport and use cleaning supplies to assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and empty trash.
• Clean restrooms, restock supplies, wipe surfaces and windows.
• Return tools to storage and prepare for the next shift.
