Job summary

Weee! in Clifton, NJ is seeking a Facility Manager to ensure the built environment is safe, productive and compliant. You will lead the facility/maintenance team, run preventive maintenance for HVAC and energy initiatives, and supervise PIT operations across two sites.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse facilities, strong OSHA/HazMat knowledge, and proven budget/vendor management. Candidates must be ready for 24/7 emergency responses and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a warehouse management role.
• Experience leading a facility/maintenance team and security function.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety, HazMat, and environmental compliance.
• Experience running PIT programs: safety checks and training.
• Budgeting, contracts and vendor management across sites.
• Strong organization, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Uphold OSHA, EPA and site safety standards at both Clifton sites.
• Own fire and life safety, testing and HazMat readiness.
• Lead preventive maintenance for HVAC and facility systems.
• Manage PIT operations, inspections and vendor coordination.
• Oversee security, staffing, training and SOP adherence.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies 24/7; plan for disruptions.
• Manage facility budgets, bids and cost-reduction initiatives.
