Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to support our production center in New Jersey. This on-site role focuses on optimizing repair/replace decisions, managing capital projects, and overseeing preventative maintenance across FF&E and building systems.

You will work with the Facilities Team to standardize processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure safety and operational standards are met at the site. Travel may be required based on projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive facilities management experience.
• Strong project management and budgeting experience.
• Solid understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site in varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for repair and maintenance across FF&E and building systems.
• Manage capital budgets, R&M spending, and G&A expenses.
• Standardize facilities processes, tools, and workflows.
• Identify and manage national/regional vendors for repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Plan and oversee capital projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Oversee work orders and coordinate with landlords/property managers for issue resolution.
• Monitor warranties and ensure compliance for equipment/services.
