Job summary

Wonder is hiring a Facilities Manager to support its production center in New Jersey. You will optimize repair/replace decisions for FF&E, manage vendor relationships, and oversee maintenance programs across facilities, ensuring safe and efficient operations for the on-site production team.

The role requires on-site presence five days a week with travel as needed and a strong focus on cost control, compliance, and project execution within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive facilities management experience.
• Proven ability to manage repair and preventive maintenance programs.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary expert for repair and maintenance issues from operations and providers.
• Oversee capital budgets, R&M spending, and G&A expenses.
• Standardize and improve facilities processes, tools and workflows.
• Identify, qualify, and manage vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Plan and oversee capital projects ensuring on-budget, on-schedule delivery.
• Lead preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Oversee work order network and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with landlords or property managers on issue resolution.
• Monitor warranties and communicate maintenance trends to leadership.
