Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated invites you to join our Anaheim facility operations team. As a Facility Coordinator, you will support the Facility Management and Engineering teams, handle work orders, vendor relations, and cost tracking, and ensure service excellence for building occupants.

You will be the front desk interface for guests and staff, coordinate services, and help with audits, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; strong customer service and communication background preferred.
• Experience in facility or property administration; ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Professional demeanor with ability to handle stressful situations and maintain poise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative work style essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to Facility Management and Engineering teams; perform quality checks on work orders and assist with financial reporting.
• Serve as front desk contact for guests, vendors and employees; resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Receive and dispatch work requests; manage invoicing follow-up and payment tracking.
• Conduct visual inspections of common areas and coordinate janitorial, restrooms, parking and conference spaces.
• Order signage and coordinate janitorial/pantry supplies; manage product receipt with client collaboration.
• Support operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, and document procedures.
