Job summary

NeighborHealth Center, Inc. in Raleigh seeks an Operations Coordinator to provide hands-on administrative and operational support ensuring facilities, technology, supplies, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

You will collaborate with operations leadership and external vendors, support the Executive Team as needed, and assist with IT requests, onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate office moves and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor service requests.
• Assist with office moves, furniture setup, and site readiness.
• Monitor facility needs and escalation of safety or maintenance issues.
• Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and related documentation.
• Order, receive, and organize supplies and equipment; manage inventory.
