Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks a Facilities Soft Services leader for a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing site in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This fully onsite role directs dining, janitorial, pest control, landscaping, and subcontractors to ensure compliant, safe operations.

You will plan preventive maintenance, train staff, and respond to emergencies while aligning with CBRE RISE values and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of job-related experience in facilities services.
• Experience managing dining, janitorial, landscaping, pest management, and related vendors.
• Ability to analyze multiple sources of information and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Soft Services work at the site including dining, cleaning, pest management, and landscaping.
• Align with applicable codes, regulations, and company directives for building operations and safety.
• Oversee operations, assign work orders, and train coworkers and subcontractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and interruptions.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to build consensus and drive results.
• Ensure equipment and client space are fully functional and safe.
