Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to oversee operations for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in RTP, NC. The role focuses on building systems, regulatory compliance, and leading CBRE Soft Services teams to maintain clean, compliant environment.

You will manage budgets, mentor staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure performance KPIs meet client expectations while adhering to GxP guidelines and CBRE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Life Sciences leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to perform complex financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPIs and financial performance of a region of GxP manufacturing sites.
• Develop and approve annual operating budgets.
• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate and manage team daily activities and schedules.
• Manage facility repairs with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Support capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and quality standards.
• Develop vendor relationships and manage third-party services.
