Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor expedited shipments from order to delivery.
• Track shipments and update milestones on time.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide proactive updates and respond to questions or changing needs.
• Enter and maintain shipment information and documentation.
• Identify delays or issues and escalate as needed.
• Manage multiple shipments, emails, and calls daily.
• Ensure continuity of shipment details between shifts.
