Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn internal systems (exhibitor portal, graphics system, order system).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and onsite.
• Travel locally to provide onsite exhibitor services at tradeshows at least 50% of the year.
• Assist exhibitors with orders and questions at the service desk.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Freight Representative, Labor Representative, and Account Executive to deliver materials and labor as promised.
• Process exhibitor orders, receiving reports, labor orders, display and graphic rental orders, and bills of lading.
• Resolve customer-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to sell Fern products and services to exhibitors.
• Other duties as assigned.
