Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking an Exhibitor Service Representative in Anaheim, CA to support our Customer Experience team. The role is full-time, with on-site responsibilities at shows and offices, and travel up to 50%.

You will handle exhibitor orders and inquiries to ensure a smooth onsite experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years of customer service experience, and must complete Freeman NET training with high scores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• New Employee Training (NET) program with 80%+ score and six hours of customer service modules completed with 85%+ score.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders, enter exhibitor information, research invoices and show information in Freeman billing systems.
• Provide expert support for customer needs including products, services, billing questions, and technical issues.
• Process and resolve complex requirements, inquiries, and complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Fill-in for Exhibitor Support team and handle inbound calls, emails, chats, and leads with accuracy and efficiency.
