Responsibilities
- Own VP assessment and development processes and ensure insights translate into actions for leaders and partners.
- Manage executive coaching across the VP+ population, coordinating intake, progress tracking, and vendor relationships.
- Lead or support initiatives spanning assessment, coaching, leadership development, succession readiness, and mentoring.
