Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks an Applied AI Strategy Lead for Chief of Staff to partner with the VP and senior leaders. You will shape the operating cadence, coordinate cross-functional work, and turn AI initiatives into clear business progress.

You will craft executive communications, manage budgets and headcount tracking, and lead transformation projects across a 120+ person organization with speed and discipline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations, strategy or chief of staff roles.
• Ability to present clearly to C-suite audiences.
• Strong budgeting, headcount and metrics experience.
• Able to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.
• Collaborative, influencing skills across functions.
• Fluent understanding of AI/tech to translate to business terms.
