Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
- Typically 6+ years in talent management, leadership development, or executive coaching.
- Experience partnering with HR and business leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead VP assessment processes, tools, and stakeholder experiences.
- Manage executive coaching across VP+ population; coordinate intake and progress tracking.
- Lead or support initiatives across assessment, coaching, development, succession readiness and mentoring.
- Evaluate and apply AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, quality, and insights.
- Establish program strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes; ensure alignment with priorities.
- Provide stakeholder guidance, mitigate risks, and ensure scalable, governed solutions.
