Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior AI & Data Analytics leader to oversee delivery of very large, complex internal projects across regions, focusing on scope, cost, quality, communication, and issue resolution. The role drives budgets, plans, and cross-functional leadership with mentoring responsibilities.

You will coordinate between product management and engineering, develop plans and presentations, and guide teams through high-impact processes and improvements.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees delivery of internal projects, very large, complex, spanning multiple regions and high risk.
• Manages project financials, budgets, and forecasts for management.
• Maintains relationships with upper-level stakeholders.
• Provides recommendations on departmental or process improvements.
• Determines status report content and analyzes results.
• Coordinates between product management requirements and engineering implementation.
• Develops project plans, estimations, specifications, and presentations.
• Leads multiple projects with focus on scope, cost, quality, communication, and escalation.
• Mentors lower-level employees to develop the team.
